At Britishey Training Centre, we strive to provide high-quality educational services and ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund. Please review our refund policy outlined below:
- Course Fees Refund:
- Refunds for course fees will be considered under the following circumstances:
- The course is cancelled by Britishey Training Centre.
- The student is not accepted on the course.
- The student provides documented evidence of extenuating health circumstances preventing them from participating in the course.
- Refund Process:
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to Britishey Training Centre financial administration (finance@www.britishey.com)
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the receipt of a valid refund request.
- Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Non-Refundable Fees:
- Registration fees and any applicable administrative fees are non-refundable unless the course is cancelled by Britishey Training Centre.
- Any study materials or resources provided to the student upon enrolment are non-refundable once accessed or utilised.
- Partial Refunds:
- In the event of withdrawal from a course after its commencement, a partial refund may be considered based on the remaining duration of the course and any applicable terms and conditions outlined in the enrolment agreement.
- Exceptions:
- Britishey Training Centre reserves the right to make exceptions to this refund policy in exceptional circumstances, at its discretion.
